How it works

How to buy or sell through NOXIFY

What you will find in this marketplace

We list two different things and it is worth not confusing them. Businesses for sale are going concerns whose owners want to hand them over: clinics, hotels, restaurants, shops, industrial firms or technology companies with accounts, staff and clients. Investment projects are deals looking for capital — a property development, the refurbishment of a building, a capital increase — where you come in as a partner, not as a buyer.

Each listing states the sector, the province, the type of transaction and the figures the owner authorises us to publish. The rest — audited accounts, normalised EBITDA, contracts and the real reason for the sale — is released under a confidentiality agreement to anyone who demonstrates genuine interest and capacity.

What it means for an opportunity to be verified

Before listing anything we check that there is a real seller with authority to decide, that the figures they give us match the accounts presented and that there are no charges or disputes that make the deal unviable. If something does not add up, the opportunity is not listed.

That does not replace due diligence: verification stops you wasting time on phantom listings, but the thorough review comes afterwards, with your advisers and ours, before signing.

Why many deals are never listed

Most company sales are handled discreetly. An owner who announces a sale usually ends up with unsettled employees, suppliers tightening terms and competitors making the most of the moment. That is why a significant share of our transactions circulates only among registered investors.

If you are looking for something specific — a sector, a province, a revenue range — registering with the private network is usually more effective than scanning the public listing: we let you know when something fits, before it is published.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the marketplace

Does requesting information about an opportunity cost anything?

No. Requesting the dossier for a listed opportunity is free and commits you to nothing. Our fees are tied to closing the transaction and are agreed in writing before moving forward.

Why is the name of the business for sale not shown?

Because almost all sales are handled confidentially. Publishing the name of a clinic or a restaurant that is for sale affects its staff, its suppliers and its clients. We identify the opportunity by sector, province and figures, and give the name once a confidentiality agreement is signed.

Can I see the accounts before committing?

Yes, once the confidentiality agreement is signed. At that point you get access to recent years of financial statements, normalised EBITDA and information on contracts, headcount and licences. No prior offer is needed to reach that stage.

What is the difference between a business for sale and an investment project?

With a business for sale you buy a going concern and become its owner. In an investment project you contribute capital to an ongoing deal — a development, a refurbishment, a capital increase — and come in as a partner with a defined minimum ticket, estimated return and time horizon.

Do you have opportunities outside Spain?

The bulk of our transactions are in Spain, but we also work with Portugal and other European markets, and with investors from the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, China and the United States. If you are after something in a specific market, tell us when you register.

How do I list my company on the marketplace?

We start with a valuation and a conversation about what you want to achieve with the sale. If listing makes sense, we prepare an anonymous listing and the information memorandum released under NDA. We never list a company without the express authorisation of its owner.
